HOBART – A complex project on a difficult elongated site with a 10 metre cross fall stretching from Church to Elizabeth Streets. The project brief called for a mixture of independent, adaptable and fully compliant accessible units. Additional to this were communal, support, recreational and training facilities as well as a manager’s residence.
